Fortune 500 company has an opening for a director in its service operations group.  This senior level operations position will be heavily involved with process and change management.  The director will have had past P&L responsibility ideally managing a SBU.  The company is looking for a director with solid breadth of experience from matrix organizations and success with implementing new and innovative change management approaches including technology.  Director will be responsible for over two hundred high-end problem solving service specialists.

Base salary of $125k-$150k plus bonus.  Local candidates are strongly preferred – limited relocation assistance.
