Manager Telesales
Portland, OR

National company providing consumer services to the 15-25 year age group has a new opening for a manager to start and build an outbound sales group.  The hands-on manager must be an excellent closer that can teach these skills to the sales team.  This operation will work with both warm and cold leads.  The manager will be responsible for systems, processes, training, scripting and managing metrics.  Compensation package is $90-100k+.  Local candidates only - relocation is not available for this position.

Must be a “closer” and have solid outbound sales call center management experience.   Four-year degree required.
